We the undersigned request that you immediately seize the remaining animals under the care,ownership and /or control of Peter Raap and / or any employees or contractors of Peter Raap. The recent beating and other suspicious deaths of 17 dogs at Raaps Cottenwood Calif Kennel while under the care of a repeat offender, animal abuser is putting these innocent and defenseless animals in potential grave danger.
