freedom for a wonderful man

I am writing on behalf of my friend James T.McReynolds #180176 whom is currently incarcerated in Atmore Alabama at Fountain C.F. I know people make mistakes and some are judged on their past moreso than others and in this case that what this is said you see this is a man that has been through so much in his past until me myself i don't believe i would have been this strong you see when James was 14 his father was gunned down in front of him by Carke county and Jackson police dept. a law enforcment whom he thought he could depend on in his time of need but they failed him and need i add his father was a mentally ill man whom was unarmed and this is not fair because nothing was ever done and the Mcreynolds family is constantly picked on by Clarke County all because they can because his brother,sister and also his mom are not in their right frame of mind and actually James was the only stable person in this family but in some cases their condition may take effect on him at times but you see they look up to him and he is the only one that can keep them in line as far as their condition because when their father was killed he took on the role as their father figure and big brother and James also has his own family to care after he is the father of 4 little boys and a loving husband also a devoted friend to many in his hometown he has helped so many people from kids that couldn't start school because their parents couldn't afford their uniform until like the following week up to just buying gifts for the neighborhood kids that he knew wasn't going to have a good christmas but thats just the type of person he is and he is in this place not because he has to but because they want him to all because of his past yes he has made a mistake in his past and he also paid his dues but should he be held in prison all based on hearsay with no physical evidence do you know on his sentencing day it was suppose to be put off until the next day because his lawyer couldn't be there and they agreed to postponing this date but went on ahead and sentence him without his lawyer being present and made him talk on his behalf and while he was pleading his case they laughed at him and that just hurted me so bad because he is in prison for nothing the DA and the policemen (taskforce) and even the judge had a smirk on their face and that was just heartbreaking because they still gave him 25 years for nothing and the person that turned state on him is walking around free and he is the one that should be locked up instead of james and guess what that person was his own flesh and blood his uncle. and this is so heartbraking because these people haven't had stability in there life since James McReynolds Sr. was killed 17 years ago..if you can't help can you please point of in the right direction we tried to seek help from our mayor and he told us he can't do anything about it talk to the judge but for what the judge gave him 25 years and for nothing all because of he say she say and i don't think that is fair justice do you????Need I add James is the father of four wonderful little boys ages 13,8,6,and 5 months that misses him dearly May you be blessed
