We, the fans of the actor Gerard Butler, strongly request for LionsgateFilms to extend the release of the film "Shattered" across the country.Currently, this film will be released to less than ten (10) movie theatresin Miami, Florida . We are anxiously hoping for a wider release, and we askfor reconsideration.
Mr. Gerard Butler's acting abilities, time and time again, have proven whatan exceptional actor he is. We proved our loyalty by viewing the film "300"many times. Box office records were set; the fans added to the over $500million dollar payday. With the DVD release of "300" on July 31 st, nowwould be a perfect time for you to release "Shattered", and strike while theiron is hot.
To deny his fans the opportunity to view this film across the country may belimiting the ability of this film to prove its appeal, so we are signingthis petition in hopes our voices will be heard. We're sure that bothPierce Brosnan and Maria Bello also have many dedicated fans hoping to seethis film as well.
