Get Jeff back On Benheck!

We would like the user "Jeff" back on benheck. He was banned for a month and was supposed to be unbanned after that but it was extended because Jeff was caught ban dodging, as he was unaware of this one month ban. Happened again with a permanent ban with slight chance of parole in the future, because the parole list said temporary ban still beside his name.

Jeff was banned for minor advertising and ranting offenses, iced off by an outburst night that lead to flaming and threats, because an inappropriate object was accidently put on one of his sites that he linked to, and the person who found it decided to show the mods before telling him that it was there.

Actually, this should be rephrased. There was telling of a 1 month ban, but in heat of the moment it was swooped off my (yes, I started this petition) head.
