We, the undersigned, implore Mr. Michael Murtagh, residing at 10 Curzon Street Belfast, to change his ways following the Easter Holidays. Almost 4 years have passed since Michael first came to Queen's and in that time he has constantly neglected to attend class which has resulted in a repeated second year as well as numerous sub-standard exam scores. Much as it pains us to admit it, Michael is not unintelligent and is, quite literally, throwing away his chances of a good degree. He attends Belfast's only proper university and should be grateful for the chance to study at QUB far away from the crayon covered walls of UUJ. That he is on the verge of throwing this opportunity away pains us immensely. However all is not lost and its never too late. We want Michael to go to ALL his lectures and tutorials for the rest of the semester and to spend at least 3 FULL days studying for each exam this May. We are his friends and only want the best for him. This is for his own benefit. The lazy approach just isn't funny anymore. Come on Mickser, give it a shot!
