Get rid of distance measuring from college grants

I'm proposing that the distance measuring for college grants is done away with as if your means tested then there should be no need to measure distance aswell. The adjacent rate given if you do not met the distance requirement is unfair & living/residing closer does not make you any more able to afford college. Even if you are one kilometre shorter then the distance you are given an adjacent rate and you would often get more on jobseekers doing nothing. They are penalising students for trying to better themselves, what happened to every citizen being equal in Ireland. Together we can change the world
