Give the Banned Fans a Second Chance

The point behind this petition is to give the fans who were banned up at Inverness by St.Johnstone one last chance to go to games. It really has made me realise how much the football meant and i would love a second chance, i understand i was involved in a confrontation but if the ban could be lifted on a "1 more and your banned for life" basis it would really mean alot.
