Super Smash Bros. Brawl has been slated for a Quarter 3 release. It could be roughly 5 months before Europe and Australia see any sign of this game after the Americas and Japan have enjoyed their time with it.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl is not the only game subject to this travesty. Capcom's Zack & Wiki: Quest for Barbaros' Treasure, Kuju's Battalion Wars 2 and many other games have been delayed for long periods of time.

There's no excuse. Converting to Pal doesn't take half a year. Translating into 5 different languages? Yeah, that takes time, but only if you are too incopetent to start all translations at the same time...
