"I think 2 minutes for each period is totally BOGUS! Since we have to go 2 school so early and have a lot of homework so we won't get as much sleep as we need to and then our brain won't function as well as it would if it was shorter. THANK YOU!"

"Everyone is late to school as it is , by making the school day start ealier it's just increasing the problem. Students will work just as hard if each class is two minutes less than this new schedule. I think the whole thing is pointless."

"This is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be able to concentrate at 7:35. I couldn't concentrate at 7:45. In addition, three extra minutes a period will do pretty much nothing. The last couple minutes of a period are always the time where the students beg"

"Agreed that the 2 min. per period will make no difference, but whomever wrote this petition had better learn to spell (correct spellings are "exaggeration", "likely" and "unnecessary"), otherwise the 2 extra minutes is nowhere near enough."
