In August 2008, the city council of Lookout Mountain, Georgia decided to take no action regarding golf carts on municipal streets. We would like for the council to approve an ordinance that would allow residents with a valid driver's license (16 and older) to drive golf carts, with certain safety features on municipal streets in the Fairyland community.
We the undersigned, are citizens who urge our city council to pass an ordinance to allow golf carts on municipal streets pursuant to ga Code section 40-6-331 (a).
