Grandparents and Grandchildren Need More Rights

"I am raising 2 grand children now have had them for 5 yrs. Didnt go through the Dept of Human Services to get them though got a lawyer and went to court. But I do have 3 other grandchildren in foster care, I dont understand why I have to have visitations "
