Regarding: HarmonyCentral.com, Inc.

Complaint: Constant downtime/slow speed of the popular Harmony Central forums.

Complaints via the system in place via HarmonyCentral.com, Inc. are inadequate and are (from a forum member standpoint) not reaching the people in power as little has been done to improve the standard of quality of the forums over the past year. In fact quality has gone backwards and downtime is more frequent than ever.

The IT dept in charge of keeping the downtime to a minimum are NOT doing a satisfactory job as downtime is relatively constant compared to other online forums of this stature. (Harmony Central is one of the most populated musicians forums in the world.)
