This petiton exists for the purpose of asking Sega to remove the double save patch for Phantasy Star Online Episodes I & II for the Nintendo Game Cube. The double save patch was created in order to stop players from duplicating weapons, although they have already found a way around it. Now the only thing it does is set up the chance for the game to freeze while the double save is in progress. When this happens, the PSO save file is corrupted, not just the character that was being played as, all four possible save slots are destroyed, and hundreds of hours of work builing up your characters are gone. What's more, we are paying Sega $8.95 a month to play this game online, and yet glitches like these are still in the game. Just take the damn double save patch off, Sega, and be rid of all your customers who are losing their game files.

I've lost 7 characters over level 100 due to FSOD... The double save must be removed so no more people will get their characters corrupted.

I just want to feel confident that I'm playing in a reasonably secure playing environment if I have to pay $9.00 a month. I lost my Guilty Light rare weapon, and I worry that I may lose my character(s).

Sega are going to lose some serious customers due to lack of serious game testing - This should of been picked up ages ago and fixed - If Sega had to give 1 for every man hour lost on this bug to all the online players - They would be bankrupt - Please do

I'm not going online anytime soon but if I ever do I would NOT want my hard worked for files to be gone just by a double save patch!
