Help Bring Back the Cleveland Mounted Police

We are petitioning to bring back our Mounted Police Unit. The Chief of Police/Mayor at this time fail to realize the importance of our mounted unit and the work they can do. A mounted officer can break down barriers between the police and public, mounted officers walk slower and can smell and hear things that a police car can miss, they are highly visible from their elevated position, people approach and tell them of things that they would not have a chance to tell a patrol car, etc. Please help us in petitioning to bring back our mounted unit.
