This is an online petition to negotiate with Highbury Holdings and their solicitors, Wragge & Co into price reductions for all off-plan purchasers in Highbury Square.
Residential property prices are falling, with some estimations that 20\% will be knocked off in 2009. This is 20\% off the end of 2008, which saw declines of some 15-20\%.
Independant valuers Colleys valued the site in November 2008 with drastic results. Prices were no where near those at end of Q1 2006 (when off plan purchases were agreed)
Please do your bit and sign this petition to ask Highbury Holdings to do the right thing and lower prices, negotiate with us, the buyers, to ensure that defaulters are kept to a minimum. It is vital that this wonderful developmnt of a historic and history-laden stadium is lived in by tenants and supporters of Arsenal Football Club and not turned into an over-priced, uninhabitated new build like so many other sites in London.
