HELP LORENZO

Lorenzo Bassano is a 40 year old Director of movies and television commercials, but above all he's an ordinary man and a father, arrested on the 21st of March at Dubai City Airport, where he was travelling for work purposes, for possession of 0,8 grams of hashish, unwittingly tucked into the pocket of a pair of jeans thrown into his suitcase at the last minute.
Lorenzo has now passed the last 40 days behind bars, but what makes his plight even more desperate is the fact that he is afflicted by a grave illness. Crohn Syndrome is a condition in which the digestive system degenerates, and whilst not curable, can be stabilised in an ambient which is not that of a prison cell.
We, his daughter, his mother and siblings, all of his family and his very many friends and colleagues, understanding and respectful of the laws of your country, align ourselves with Lorenzo to implore indulgence and pardon on the part of UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and of who will be called upon to judge Lorenzo, beseeching Him to restore Lorenzo to the care of his family at the earliest possible time.
