Help our cause and enable a 11yr old a free education in her own catchment area, her british right?

As a family we have lived in our area for 16 yrs, My daughter is 11 and has been trying to attend a school in her catchment area near her sister for 5 yrs now. We have been paying in public transport to enable her to attend a school that has left us in debt; school bus denyed on the grounds of not in catchment area.
We appealed against the desision more then once to no avail and have now been told she is refused the catchment area for all three secondary school's in our area including the one her sister attends. I'm a single mother of three children and no transpot. This has badly affected our family and plead for your support for both my daughter and others in these situations which are being unsupported by Milton Keynes Council.
