On 5th December 2011 Renfrewshire Council will consider an application for sole commercial use of the Farmhouse which will EXCLUDE community use.
The Farmhouse Committee, with our support, have lodged a counter-application for the Committee to continue to manage the Farmhouse which would involve a commercial let during the day with the continued (and hopefully expanded) community use in the evenings.
If you would like to see the Old Farmhouse retained as Erskine’s oldest community building (over 30 years), please sign our Petition below.
This Petition will be handed to a Council Representative prior to the meeting on the 5th December 2011.
