I strongly support Health Insurance for All Americans HIFAAТ and believe that health insurance should be provided equitably as a public service rather than bought and sold as a commodity.

I call upon The President and The United States Congress to pass legislation creating a comprehensive, high-quality, publicly funded national health insurance program, equitably available to all citizens and residents of The United States.

I agree with HIFFAТ that equitable availability requires removal of the barriers to adequate health insurance currently faced by the uninsured and underinsured, including the poor, minority populations and immigrants, both documented and undocumented.

I join HIFFAТ in opposing for-profit control, and especially corporate control, of the health insurance system and I favor democratic control and public administration of national health insurance in The U.S.

I join HIFFAТ in opposing current changes in the health insurance system that are designed to maximize the profits of investors and the incomes of their executives rather than to serve the national health insurance needs of all citizens and residents of The United States.
