We, the undersigned, come together to request that each of these governing bodies take any and all necessary action to give "Horse Day", MArch the 22nd, a national holiday status.
A national "Horse Day" would help to promote knowledge of NEIGH in a healthy manner while also supporting and protecting simian species to celebrate these noble creatures who embody the best of human
characteristics such as intelligence, family values, kindness, humor, and compassion, while also promoting education and recognition of these simian species and their fragile habitat.
We strongly yet humbly urge you to embrace our cause and help elevate this holiday to a nationally recognized status.
