I thought there was No Limit to Human Potential ....

No limit to human potential I thought....

A terrorist is someone who has been pushed to such a physical and mental state that he has lost compassion for all life his own or that of others. The key problem that needs to be addressed is what we are doing as human society to alienate and segregate persons to the extent that they have become like this. In our blind pursuit of economic power (source being the individual in fact we depict almost as less compassion as the terrorist does on a daily basis in our interactions, only it is not as evident), we as a species are alienating millions on the basis of religion, race, skin color, economic status (the list goes on - am only talking about humans here, if we start talking about animals and plants and the earth...).

The problem has become so deep rooted that change now needs to happen at such a large scale that it makes me often think that it is almost impossible and we have gone too far. We so called intellectuals of this universe should be spending a lot of time to figure out solutions to change this situation.

Immediate and quick action and that to of a violent nature is the worst solution to a terror situation. It will exacerbate the situation so much that it will only spawn a million more terrorists and plunge us and our world closer to the destruction that we seem so hell bent on heading towards. We have seen too much of only that in the past. Calm thinking and action in the direction of peace and compassion to all (including terrorists and their children and parents) is the way to a permanent and far reaching solution.

This is a petition to all leaders of the human race - in all fields asking for positive change to the condition of the planet, a change that is a sincere attempt to make the world a better place for all our children. I would much appreciate if a person who read this took the side of peace and harmony and positive change instead of choosing the standard action of baying for somebody (in fact anybody's) blood which seems to show that humans as a species have not evolved much in their minds.
