Include more teams in PES/WE

Throughout the past few years, we've all enjoyed playing the Pro Evolution Soccer and Winning Eleven series of games by Konami. However, regardless of licenses, we fans of the game think there should be a sufficient amount of new teams. Disk space should no longer be an issue with the dawn of next generation consoles therefore, whether they are licensed or unlicensed replicas, we are using this petition to show how much we would like our request to be met.
