Indian Govt shouldn't allow Apple to use spares from used mobiles - ALERT APPLE USERS

In recent years, Apple Inc. opened up stores across India to sell their products in India directly. Also opened up service centers to address the warranty issues.

Recently, Apple requested Indian Govt to allow them to sell refurbished Apple devices in India, which is rejected by Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP). But again it requested the Indian Government to allow them to import used/refurbished Apple devices which is still pending.

THE CURRENT REQUEST FROM APPLE IS TO USE THE SPARES FROM USED MOBILES AND REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE ONES FOUND IN WARRANTY ISSUES IN INDIA.

Indian buyers are paying hard earned money to buy expensive Apple devices and why the company must use old spares to replace the defective spares in the newly bought devices ? The spares could be the screen, power button, touch sensor, home button, camera sensors etc. Already they are used to some extent and may stop working after your warranty expires. So no users want to get into this trap.

Also, this step increases the e-waste in our country.

So, please sign this petition, forcing the Government not to allow such move for Apple.
