iPhone Early Adopter Compensation

We, the undersigned, were early adopters of the iPhone. We paid $599 for the 8GB iPhone and NOW a mere 69 days later Apple has 'thanked' those who made the iPhone such a success by lowering the price by $200! We find this unacceptable and believe that Apple should do something to rectify this situation in the form of either iTunes or Apple Store credit for those who purchased an iPhone prior to today's price reduction.

If Apple does not address this issue, and soon, they will alienate many of the core users who are responsible for Apple's continued success. Please, Steve, do something other than slap us in the face!
