For 25 years, Iron Maiden has been one of the most influential and important rock bands ever in music history. In all those 20+ years of touring all over the world, the closest they have ever gotten to Singapore was Thailand. We, the Singaporean and Malaysian fans, are tired of being routinely skipped over as a concert destination on the Asian legs of Iron Maiden's World Tours for the last 20+ years. This year, 2005, is a landmark year for the band, celebrating their 25th Anniversary and we the fans want to be a part of those celebrations! We have waited patiently for more than 20 years to see Iron Maiden in concert and this is the year we will be denied no longer!! Lesser rock bands have come and performed but we are still waiting for the greatest band in the world to come. Now, it is finally time to make MAIDEN SINGAPORE a reality!
