"it is about time somebody tryed to chage this holiday for us . i find on this day i am jealous of the rest of the country."
"Islanders deserve this day off for many reasons. If this was a holiday for us, we would be able to do the tourist thing with our families on that weekend, which would also bring more revenue to our tourist industry. It would be a win-win situation."
