It Should Be Against the Law to Withold Pay Raises

I think it is time for the Legislative Assembly of Ontario to pass a Bill that states that Companies are not allowed to withhold pay raises for more that 2 years. We pay our taxes and we should be able to meet a functional statndard of living. It is not free money we are requesting. It is money we are earning. Everything is going up while our pay remains the same. Something needs to be done.
