iTunes Australia needs tv shows

Why iTunes Australia should be brought up to match iTunes America.
For a long time now, I've felt that the internet is not being used to it's full capacity in hosting television shows for online file download.
When iTunes announced they were hosting television shows for download, I was very excited to hear the news.
As a test, I tried to acquire one show I was interested in. To do so, I attempted to login to iTunes America. Because of location, I was forced to login into iTunes Australia.
Then I discovered that there is no option to download tv shows in Australia. To say I was disappointed would be putting it mildly.
If iTunes has the technology to do this, it should not discriminate against fans of tv shows based on location.
Anyone who wishes to support me in getting iTunes Australia to update this deficiency in their service may sign this petition.

Now i'm not sure how they are currently purchasing the programs from the artists/production studios but something needs to be done, because Customers might come to the conclusion the the AU equivalent is being mismanaged
