Jews Against Genocide in Darfur

As victims of genocide, As descendents of the Prophets of old, As residents of a country in which the eyes of the world often gaze, We believe we have the moral clarity, responsibility and ability to speak out against the genocide taking place in Darfur, and in so doing, We call upon ourselves to be educated; Our governments to be assertive, including making extradition of Sudan's Dictator a stated objective to stand trial for war crimes either in Israel or the United State; The media to refocus its efforts of covering the genocide; The United Nations to immediately send troops to serve as a buffer between the parties. The World to join us in Jerusalem during Passover 2007 for a mass rally.
