We are shocked and appalled that John B. Riebli is facing yet another year with the possibility of principal turnover. Since Dr. Hellers move to SCOE; parents, students, teachers and staff have had to continuously adjust to new leadership. This has eroded our confidence in the public school system and has been a detriment to our children, school climate and
teacher moral.
Our parents, students, and teachers deserve a principal who is committed to them for the long term;
The initial communication sent to the parents of Riebli School expressed that whoever was hired as assistant principal would likely assume the full principalship based on budget needs. We hope we are able to see this initial communication followed through and that this commitment will be honored.
