Rick Whitcomb was a very caring, handsome, and wonderful person. He was only 23 years old when he was murdered by his ex-girlfriend, Vicki Frost. Rick was living with Vicki and her family in Gahanna, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus. Vicki was mentally and physically abusive to Rick. Friends and family were witnesses to the terrible things shed do and say to him. Tired of the abuse, Rick decided to leave Vicki and was going to return home to Cleveland, Ohio to be with his family and friends and to start over. Because he wanted to do the right thing, he decided to give his employer two weeks notice and stay in Columbus until that time was up. Unfortunately, Rick never made it home alive.
On Friday, January 19, 1996, around 10:15 pm, Rick's life ended when, during an argument in the kitchen, Vicki grabbed a knife from the counter and stabbed him once in the chest. He was pronounced dead less than an hour later. He died alone on that cold January night without his family, without his friends.
Vicki pled guilty to volutary manslaughter on July 1, 1996 and was convicted to 7 - 25 years for the murder. She is eligible for parole in June 2005 but has requested a Judicial Release hearing which means she could be out on the streets this September!!
We, the undersigned, are strongly opposed to her early release and respectfully request that Vicki Frost serve the maximum time of her sentence

Do the crime, serve the time. Why is it drug dealers get more lengthy sentences?? This is not fair. Vicki, you'll get judged by God for this!! Rick was a great individual.

Your Honor, I request that you examine and verify any mental health therapies that Ms. Frost has received. She did murder another human because she lost her temper.
