The Judson independent school board is regulating what and how our children wear there clothing. Yet they have never asked the parents or the students of Metzger middle school for our input on this subject. The way you wear your hair, and the way you dress are all expressions of individuality. I understand that there is a certain point where the dress code must be enforced, but stripping students completely from there individuality is un-American. I believe school officials are entirely too concerned with the way us PARENTS send our children to school . What our children wear to school does not factor into there performance at school. If officials would put our childrens minds before their bodies, there would be much less conflict concerning this issue. It is time to give our KIDS the freedom they deserve as Americans.
