Jenna Nielsen, was 22 years old, a young wife and mother of 2 small children
and 8 months pregnant with her third son Ethan.
Jenna was out delivering USA Today newspapers when she was stabbed to death sometime in the early-morning hours of June 14, Raleigh police said.
As of today, the killer has not been apprehended. However, when the killer
is caught, He will not be tried for the murder of Jenna's unborn son Ethan.
North Carolina is one of fourteen states that does not have recognition of a fetal homicide.
We as taxpaying citizens of this state hereby demand our lawmakers reverse
this so that killers of our children whether born or unborn, be held accountable for their actions.
We strongly ask that Ethan and all children murdered, have the right to the justice they deserve.
