JUSTICE for FCU Politehnica Timisoara

Dear Sir,

This petiton is about the litigation between SC FCS Politehnica Timisoara SA and CS FCU Politehnica Timisoara. The decision you've taken to grant the rights about the name, colors, hymn, logo and history of the original team Politehnica Timisoara to SC FCS Politehnica Timisoara is wrong. Claudio Zambon, their owner, has managed to mislead you, perjuring himself by lying and knowingly presenting illegal and incomplete documents to your Court.

CS FCU Politehnica Timisoara does have the proof of Zambon's perjury. They have all the legal documentation proving that they are the rightful succesors of the original team and the only one entitled to their name, history, colors, hymn and logo. They previously won both a civil case and a litigation in the Romanian Football Federation Arbitration Court about this matter.

We, the proud fans of CS FCU Politehnica Timisoara, the real and only one entitled to our hearts as well, are kindly asking you to reopen this case, based on the new evidences that can be provided, reanalyze and reconsider your decision. We are sure that, having the complete documentation about this case available, you will see precisely where the justice stands.

Do not sentence to death a team with 86 years of history and more than 80.000 die-hard fans all over the world!...
