This petition and all the signatures that follow, are meant to impress upon the Pitt County District Attorneys Office and Judicial Staff, that the family of Frankie Gray Peaden and other members of the community demand the events leading up to and causing the death of Frankie Gray Peaden on January 23, 2008 be fully investigated and that the role of convicted felon Danny Ellis Vick, in causing Frankies death be fully explored by the prosecuting attorneys office.
