Keep BBC 606 Open

I, The Undersigned, wish to protest against the British Broadcasting Corporation's proposed plan to close the 606 sports and community message board. These message boards cover a wide variety of sports and are enjoyed worldwide by a large number of fans. It is the only way that many ex-patriots and people in the various Armed Forces can mantain a connection with their various sports clubs, in the United Kingdom and beyond. Sometimes this is the only connection that many disabled people are able to mantain to their clubs and it's fans. Sport forms a very important part of popular culture and we believe that this message board serves a valuable purpose to the worldwide sporting community. This site provides useful travel and rendezvous information for travelling fans and helps eliminate sport-related violence by directing visiting fans to family friendly venues.
