"I often walk through on my way to and from our Howard Gardens campus and have several times narrowly missed being locked in/out. Locking seems pointless when you can enter via the Taff Trail anyway."
"I welcome any measures to reduce traffic and encourage more people to walk to and from work. Lighting along the main thoroughfares in the park would - I imagine - be an inexpensive small step in the right direction."
