This is a petition to have Michael Jackson's corpse steaked and beheaded so that there is no goddamn way he will ever return. That is, unless he's cremated. If he is cremated, we petition the peaceful nations of the Earf to encase his ashes in no less than ten meters of cement and drop the mass of cement and suck into the Mariana trench.
