We the Undersigned:
Wish to express our deep regret and concern that the Los Gatos Saratoga Union School District will lose one of its finest people, LGHS music director, Ross McGinnis, at the end of this school year.
Believe that Mr. McGinnis has demonstrated a unique blend of expertise, passion, dedication, and personality that has enabled him to inspire our high school students, to provide them with musical experiences unlike any they could normally expect to have at the high school level, to reach out and inspire students at the middle schools, and to begin building the foundation for what could have been an extraordinary music education and performance program at Los Gatos High School.
Wish to encourage the administration and board to take a second look at what can be done to reverse this circumstance so that Ross McGinnis can continue his work educating our children, providing our children with unique educational and performance opportunities, and building a world class music program at Los Gatos High School.
Feel strongly that Ross McGinnis should be the tenured music director at Los Gatos High School.
