Keep Stephen Harper as CP Leader

Whereas in a very short period of time Stephen Harper has:

- Healed a deep rift within his former party, solved their financial problem, and provided strong leadership
- United the Progressive Conservative Party with the Canadian Alliance, ending a decade of animosity
- Won the support of party members from all over Canada to take the leadership of the new Conservative Party
- Lead the new Conservative Party to increasing their number of seats in the House of Commons to 99 seats spread from east to west, limiting the Liberals to a minority government

We the undersigned certify that we desire Stephen Harper to continue on as the Leader of the Official Opposition and that he has our continued confidence.
