Should Wolverine step down from his leader position in G-A?

Recently, Wolverine has been causing much more trouble for G-A than he is worth, he is involved in most clan arguments and still calls himself the main leader, although he adds little to the clan. Having received many complaints about him, I believed it were necessary to start a petition, seeing as he won't listen on teamspeak. Rather than kicking him out the clan altogether, he has the option to step down, which seems fair, given the amount of complaints received about him. Most recently, Wolverine has deleted all registered users from teamspeak, attempted to delete admins from our server and has also shown the clan up on enemydown, by posting an internal affair on the public forums.
