Keeping the Peace in 63rd West

Tenants are being disturbed by constant piano playing from 9am-11pm daily, but there is no way to collectively bring this issue to the management's attention. The lease and city ordinance has rules about making excessive noise and yet management aren't enforcing them. There is strength in numbers so this petition is to increase awareness of the tenant issues in our building, and are signed by those fed up with management apathy and want to make a difference in improving the right to quite enjoyment in our living space.
