We, as OSU students, support an employee workplace that is fair, safe, and supportive for all OSU employees. We want all OSU employees,including graduate associates, building and construction workers, to be able to join or form a union that improves their living conditions.
We want our tuition and fee dollars to support companies who treat their employees justly. We want to learn, recreate, and live in buildings safely constructed and repaired by healthy workers.
We do not want building contracts given to companies who pollute the environment or deny their employees benefits, fair wages, and safe working conditions. We do not want OSUs honorable reputation tarnished by supporting businesses who violate EPA regulations and fair labor practices. We do not want OSUs workers, students, and faculty to suffer by being under paid and housed in suboptimal facilities.
We want OSU to do something great and support the working people of Ohio.
