As of the 20th of November, Hong Kong players have been IP blocked from MapleStory SEA.
This was most likely due to the introduction of HKMS, obviously the same reasoning applies as to why europeans should not have had their accounts banned previously: We've spent time and money on our accounts and for someone to block us from the game is unfair. Many people agree with this, even those not from Hong Kong.
This petition is to request that all IP banned players that made their accounts BEFORE the 20th of November have their accounts returned to them.
