This petition has been created in the hopes that the Registrations Officer and Administrator of the Ayacon UK Convention will review their decision to bar "Ryan Gentle" entry due to the loss of his entry fee in the mail.
He was one of the first people to sign up, and after the convention - is moving out of the country for some considerable time to Japan to do research on Japan's history and many other things.
