Official Facebook Petition to add lethbridge ,Alberta as its own network.
Only Facebook administrators can create the official networks, but it's unclear what standard has to be met - for example the number of requests - before a new one is approved.
I've sent three or four messages, as well as numerous requests for a new network, and I haven't gotten any responses
