LHR KKN Cabin Attendants Request for LHRKKN Manager Mr, Masanori Kambe to Remain in LHRKKN as the Cabin Crew Base Manager

As you are aware, the company has recently decided to release Mr. Masanori Kambe, the London Base (LHR KKN) Manager promoting him to become the Service Planning Department Manager.

The London Base Cabin Crew are happy about his promotion, but they are about to loose the very best manager in the London Base history.

Mr. Masanori Kambe is a universal and productive manager. He does not only master both languages, Japanese and English, but also is a bridge between the two cultures with his profound knowledge of Europe and U.K., people and cultural differences. He is sincere and direct which allows him not only to know every crew member but also he is fair and just. His natural capacity to manage the base utilizing the power of the above mentioned aspects is irreplaceable.

As the London Base Crew, we do understand that the company has already made the decision to transfer Mr. M. Kambe to another department and back to Japan, however, should there be at least the smallest opportunity to allow Mr. M. Kambe to continue his outstanding duties as LHR KKN manager, we would like to take this opportunity and kindly ask the company to consider it.

Mr. M. Kambe is an extremely valuable asset to stimulating, upbringing, encouraging and helping to find new reasons for the value of our small beloved base.
