We urge the City Council of Bainbridge Island to reconsider the elimination of the anchor-out liveaboard community in Eagle Harbor. By signing below, I signify my support for an alternative to the Open Water Moorage and Anchorage Area plan (OWMAA) approved on October 21, 2009.
