Logic Studio Apple bugs resolution

Dear Steve,

through this letter I would like to express my dissatisfaction and the one of many other users of Logic Studio.

In our opinion, this product has been launched without enough beta testing: it's unstable, very unreliable in the management of the audio and affected by many bugs distributed in several different areas of the software.

Among us, there are many loyal users of Logic and Apple, who in the past years always relied on the undiscussed quality of your software and equipment to carry on their professional and artistic work successfully.

Apple owes to these kind of users, with their role of opinion leaders, the prestigious image acquired in these years, an image that brought the company to the current commercial success.


- Therefore we ask Apple to assign urgently the appropriate high priority to the resolution of the current issues, particularly crucial for those pro users who are a minority but nonetheless can play an imporant role in directing the market.
