"Drawing is what keeps some of the inmates out of more trouble. This is so stupid!!"
"It is unrealistic to have all of these mailrestrictions imposed. It is easy to see when an abuse is an abuse, and to punish everyone by these harsh restrictions is adding more punishment and causes more anxiety to the safety of employees as well."

"My son is a very artistic person, and now is restricted from drawing on the outside of envelopes? Is it not bad enough that we, as family members have to supply the money FOR the envelopes, AND the stamps so as to hear from our loved ones? I don't underst"
"I do agree with some of the rules but I do not beleive you should take away the inmates' right to express themselves through the form of art. Many of them are just trying to get by when they do not have the luxury to have a loved put money on their books."
